OUR COMMITMENT TO DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION
We believe in diversity not only because it is the right thing to do, but because it makes us stronger. A culture of inclusion is critical if we hope to shift the current imbalance and enable women of all backgrounds and identities to pursue a career in finance if they so choose.
We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for exclusion based on any social or demographic factors such as race, cultural practices, religion, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, and disability status.
We fully support people of all walks of life, and it is our goal to break down barriers of conscious and unconscious biases as we strive for equal representation in this historically male-dominated industry. We pledge our support to organizations and legislation that challenge injustices related to race and gender such as Black Lives Matter, the Equal Justice Initiative, and the ratification of the Equal Rights Amendment across the United States.
Our shared values bring us together while our collective differences allow us to grow and learn from each other’s life experiences. We are committed to combating inequality both in and out of the workplace by ensuring our members are well equipped with the knowledge, skills, and confidence necessary to inspire systemic change.
