The DePaul Females in Finance Initiative is a pre-professional student organization that empowers females pursuing careers in finance. We focus on the personal and professional development of members to reduce the confidence gap between men and women, encourage female empowerment and allyship, and create strong future leaders.

Creating an empowering environment where all members are expected to encourage each other and support one another. To get a seat at the table, we need to be brave enough to ask for a chair.

By exposing our members to new activities, discussions, and industry concepts they will evolve in both knowledge and as people. Practice leads to growth.
KNOWLEDGE
With knowledge comes power. We find confidence by advancing our knowledge about the industry, world-news, concepts in Finance and how to best present yourself.
COMMUNITY
Women supporting women. By forming connections with fellow females and industry professionals we get access to advice from inspiring and successful female leaders in Finance.
